Open letter to all our dear customers

The whole world is going through a difficult and challenging time due to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). This is a moment that demands from all of us citizens alertness, responsibility, commitment and respect for each other.

It is normal for some people to feel insecure about this situation. However, we are confident that we will overcome this challenge and come out of it stronger than ever.

But in order to get out of this situation as soon as possible, everyone needs to commit to doing their part, above all respecting the law and following the guidelines of the responsible health authorities.

Recently, some clients, concerned about the treatment of their eyelashes that was interrupted by the pandemic, have asked us if it would be possible to do some kind of session.

Unfortunately this will not be possible because doing so would be like going against the grain of what The Lash Studio stands for. We can’t and we will not put clients and employees at risk. We emphasize that profit at any cost does not and will never be part of the values that represent our brand.

Your health, self-esteem and well-being have always been our priority and we will continue to act within the law, keeping our doors closed as long as the competent authorities order.

The Lash Studio also inform that it is aware of the situation of the clients who had their treatment interrupted and we are already analyzing the options to better serve them on their return, with the same affection and dignity that we have always had. We are open for contact through our website, social networks and telephone and soon we will have news for all of you.
