If you are a first time guest, please call to book your first appointment with us. We have a team of friendly and knowledgeable front desk ladies. They are happy to assist and answer all your questions.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding our cancellation policy. To ensure smooth operations, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. If, unfortunately, a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% deposit will be retained, and it is non-refundable.
For no-shows, defined as appointments canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled time, there will be a 100% charge for the service on the card on file. Please note that cancellations are only accepted via phone calls.
In the event of more than two canceled appointments, no-shows, or late arrivals, The Lash Studio reserves the right to discontinue services. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
