Policies

Appointments

Lash Studio requires all appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card, including appointments made online or through the phone. Appointments are by reservation only.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required when making appointments for any service.  Retainers are due within 24 hours.  We will allow one-time rescheduling if at least 48 hours notice is given.  Keep in mind that technicians block at least 2-3 hours for a full appointment.  Your deposit will be deducted from the total due.

Cancellations

Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required for all canceled appointments.  A notice with less than 24 hours will keep the 50% deposit, it will not be refunded.  A No-Show is considered 3 hours or less for the scheduled appointment.  This will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service on the card on file.  Only phone calls are accepted.

In the event of more than two canceled appointments, no-shows or late arrivals, The Lash Studio reserves the right to stop providing services.

Refunds

Refunds are NOT offered in any circumstance for any service. If you are not satisfied with your lash treatment, you have 3 days to contact us and schedule a time to come in so we are able to assess the treatment or reapply lost lashes. If you contact us after 3 days, the refill price will be applied.

Late Arrival

If a Customer is more than 10 (ten) minutes late for their scheduled appointment, The Lash Studio reserves the right to cancel their appointment and debit the registered card.

If you are late for a full or eyelash refill appointment, we will apply what we can for the remainder of the appointment time, however you will still be charged for the scheduled service.

Fills 

Fill prices will reflect either the percentage of extensions still attached to the natural lashes AND the time that has elapsed since your most recent lash appointment. Please understand that the longer you wait to book a fill, the longer your next appointment will take. The natural lash cycle causes growth as well as shedding to occur, so to ensure fullness at all times, please aim for 2 weeks or 3 weeks max. If you book a 3+ week fill, there is a possibility it will become a full set.

● For a 2 week fill, you are expected to still have at least 70% of your lashes on AND you must come in within 14 days of your last appointment to be considered a 2 week fill.
● For a 3 week fill, you are expected to have at least 50% of your lashes on AND you must come in within 21 days of your last appointment to be considered a 3 week fill.
● Anything less than 50% or longer than 21 days will automatically be considered a full set. No exceptions.
● After you book your appointment a fee of $15 will be automatically applied on top of the total service charge.

Foreign Fill Policy

Please note that foreign fills are welcome, however, the set you have on must still comply with our fill policy above. The technician must be able to work over the existing work and if not, a removal and full set may be necessary. If you choose not to proceed with a removal and a full set in the event the technician decides the set is unworkable, there will be no penalty, however, your deposit is non-refundable and will serve as a convenience fee. We can not guarantee the quality and how long the lashes will last when filling in someone else’s work.

After Care Expectations

We can not guarantee our work will last if aftercare is not followed. Your lash retention is based strongly on your aftercare and upkeep. We provide aftercare instructions and a bottle of lash bath for $30

Small Children

We strive to make each guest experience as relaxing and as safe as possible. In order to do so, we politely ask that guests refrain from bringing under the age of 12 are allowed in the studio to their appointments

Pets

Lash Studio does not allow pets or animals in the salon, with the exception of Certified Service Animals.
