We kindly ask for your understanding regarding our cancellation policy. To ensure smooth operations, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations. If, unfortunately, a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% deposit will be retained, and it is non-refundable.

For no-shows, defined as appointments canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled time, there will be a 100% charge for the service on the card on file. Please note that cancellations are only accepted via phone calls.

In the event of more than two canceled appointments, no-shows, or late arrivals, The Lash Studio reserves the right to discontinue services. We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
